Utah Fall
We have had a beautiful October in Utah County. I snapped these pictures of our yard last Saturday.
This week the cold weather has come. We've even had snow fall in the valleys but thankfully it only lasted a few hours before it was melted. I even took the little boys sledding, but it had melted before the big kids were home from school.
But the beauty of Utah is ... St. George! This weekend we are down in St. George for the SHAC Triathlon and Jeff's 40th birthday. The weather is sunny and a balmy 66º. We got to the house yesterday at about 1:00pm and the kids were in the pool as fast as they possibly could. The pool was heated and the kids thought it was PERFECT. 66º is a bit cold for me, but the sun felt great sitting poolside while I watched the kids.

I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming! As I had to thaw out the car this morning for carpool I wondered why I wasn't there already.
